Called them up, and they were able to schedule a visit pretty quickly. The tech guy showed up on time, friendly dude with a lotta know-how. Turns out, my trusty GE model had some weird coil issue. He got right to work, no fuss. Didn't oversell, didn’t try any shady upsell tactics or anything. Just straightforward and honest. The fridge? Back in action, cooling like it should.
